I am Katherine Myrestad, Spiritual Coach, a Writer, and Social Pedagogue by profession, magical and spiritual gifted with a deep-rooted legacy. My medium abilities were lovingly passed down to me by my beloved grandmother, whose loss during the pandemic only served to deepen the significance and responsibility of this unique gift.
To understand and utilize my spiritual capabilities, I dedicated myself to an intensive mentoring program, studying spirituality and psychic science. This educational journey allowed me to hone my skills in using divination tools such as tarot, runes, and chakra readings, equipping me with the means to provide insights into energy shifts and dream interpretations.

What abilities does Katherine have?
I haven’t had all these abilities since childhood. But as I opened myself to what I could do and in time I started strengthening more and more.
I have the following abilities currently listed from strongest:
- Clairvoyance is the ability to see auras, energies, spirits, beings, etc. via eyesight.
- Clairaudience is hearing spirits, guides, etc. via thoughts within my mind in a different voice than my own.
- Clairsentience is sensing energies and emotions; similar, but different than Clairempathy.
- Channeling (being a mediator of information from the other side or beings through a trance-like state or allowing them to use my whole body including motor functions and voice.)
- Mental Mediumship is a mediator of information, work as a conductor, from the other side, and receives messages, feelings, and images from spirits.
- Automatic writing is receiving messages or answers through channeled writing.
- Clairtangency is gathering information by touching objects or people.
- Clairalience is the ability to smell unexplained scents and/or smell scents related to spirit.
The Vanirheim name origins
According to Norse mythology, there are nine realms within the cosmos. Each of these realms is held within the roots and branches of the mighty world tree Yggdrasil, and each world is the domain of a different race of beings.

• Vanaheim is the realm of the Vanir gods.
The Vanir gods are associated with fertility, magic, wisdom, and the natural world.
One source says that it is only the Vanir gods that can see the future and Vanaheim is the only world still standing after the end of all worlds. Another source suggests that it was indeed Freya that taught the Aesir gods the art of Seidr magic and that Odin followed Freya’s instruction to become an expert in magic.
All sources describe the deities Njörðr, Freyr, and Freyja as members of the Vanir.
The Vanir are attested in the Poetic Edda, compiled in the 13th century from earlier traditional sources; the Prose Edda and Heimskringla, both written in the 13th century by Snorri Sturluson; and in the poetry of skalds. While not attested as Vanir, the gods Heimdallr and Ullr have been theorized as potential members of the group. In the Prose Edda, a name listed for boars is “Van-child”.
