Recordings
All sessions are recorded or saved for quality assurance purposes, but I request that the use of any recording devices (e.g. digital recorders, cell phones, cameras) used by the client be announced before any readings or services. I have the right to request that the devices not be used. If a client refuses to abide by the request of the device being used during a session, I reserve the right to refuse service to that client. These terms apply even if I neglect to ask the client before a session if recording devices are being used.
I will to the best of my abilities, recommend the client to another provider if the client requires help beyond my own abilities and training.
Privacy Policy
I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website or provide me in any other way. In addition, I may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password for your account on my site; computer and connection information, and purchase history. I may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. I may also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, the password for the account on my website, and communications); comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
This data is used to have identifying information about the client for my records, but also will be used for the newsletter if the client has used their email to sign up for it.
When you conduct a transaction on my website, as part of the process, Square as well as I may collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
I collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide my Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact my Visitors and Users with general messages or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages if they opt into those services;

My business is hosted on the WordPress platform. WordPress provides me with an online platform that allows me to promote my products and services to you. My email newsletter service is coordinated via Google Gmail marketing software. Your email may be stored within their database to allow me to utilize their software.

All sessions with me are confidential and information that is shared with me during a session will not be shared with outside parties unless I feel that you are in danger to yourself or others. Your address on file within the system will be provided to local authorities in case I feel that you are in danger or that you may be a danger to others. I may share information with my team about sessions for quality assurance, but all team members have signed non-disclosure agreements to keep business and client information confidential.
Terms of service
Please read the following carefully before purchasing a reading or service.
By purchasing a session, or service, from me, you are agreeing to these terms.No exceptions will be made for anyone who has not read these before purchase.
The following Terms of Service apply to services provided to the client by Katherine Myrestad or Vanirheim team, in either a group or individual setting. Any readings, sessions, classes, live streams, videos, phone calls, conference materials, or otherwise that are provided are referred to herein as “service(s)”, “reading(s)” or “session(s)” and these Terms of Service pertain to any service performed by Vanirheim team for any client at any time.
As used herein, Katherine Myrestad, “I’m”, “me” and “I” refers to Katherine Myrestad personally. “Team”, “assistants”, “team member”, “them”, and “associate” it´s used in reference to a team member or someone on Vanirheim’s team and refers to anyone working and documented as an associate, assistant, volunteer, and/or employee of the Vanirheim brand.
Under these Terms of Service, the client agrees to release and indemnify Katherine Myrestad or any member of the Vanirheim team of liability for any and all legal claims that arise from the conduct before, during, or after the service, reading, or session.
Service rules
You must be 18+ years of age to receive a session or class from me. This is due to multiple factors including the fact that some information that comes through in sessions may not be appropriate for those under 18 years old. If I find that you are not 18+ years of age and you’ve already paid for and booked a session with me, the session will be canceled and no refund will be given. I have the right to refuse or decline service to anyone and I am under no obligation to provide a reason why.
All sessions and readings are recorded or documented for quality assurance purposes. I will never release recordings of sessions unless asked or given permission by the client on receipt for the session or by someone possessing written documentation of permission by the client on the original receipt, to obtain the documents and/or recordings or if I’m ordered to by a court to provide a copy of the recording(s). The client themselves is free to share the session with whomever they wish. Session documentation (video, emails, etc.) may be deleted/archived ~1 year after the session date. It’s the client’s responsibility to save their session for their own records.
I am in no way held accountable or responsible for any actions made by the client before, during, or after the session.
Contact information provided by the client is used to deliver services and communicate about services and contents as well as questions the client(s) has. If the client(s) provides inaccurate information for any communication application or service, it is their responsibility to provide the correct contact information. I take no responsibility for any contact information that was incorrect during the purchase process. I will attempt to contact the client using the provided information. If after 2 attempts I am still unable to reach the client, I am not responsible to refund any payment(s) made or providing the service purchased. The client’s physical/billing address provided during the booking process will be provided to local authorities if I have reason to believe that the client is a danger to themselves or has the intent to harm others.
Payment, cancellations, and refunds
All clients are liable for payment for any services booked and/or completed or shipped. All sales are final.
Pricing is based upon the time and energy I put into the services; what is listed in the description of the service, is the information that will be given to the client. Once the service is completed, no refund will be issued.

I have the right to end or block correspondence at any time if I feel the potential, current client, or follower is conducting inappropriate behavior without explanation or vocalization of doing so or reasoning why. Any client exhibiting this behavior will not receive a refund for any purchases and/or payment(s) made to me for any service scheduled or provided.
Following me on social media, meeting me in person at events or in public areas and places, knowing of me, corresponding with me, and/or receiving a service from me, does not give the client(s) or potential client(s) permission to any of the following:
- Trespass on or in my properties, home(s), and/or residence(s)
- Trespass on or in the properties, home(s), and residence(s) of people who are associated, work, or volunteer with or for me.
- Trespass in establishments that I or the people associated with me, work or visit for the purpose of gathering media and information (unless otherwise agreed upon for the purpose of interviews or collaboration),
- Any form of harassment such as sexual, verbal, physical, emotional, spiritual, virtual, etc. towards me or members, volunteers, or employees of Vanirheim.
- Impersonate me, a member of the Vanirheim team, or represent the business in any way.
- Create social media or any account(s) pretending to be me, Katherine Myrestad, or a member of the Vanirheim team, or claiming to represent the brand, me, and/or the Vanirheim team.
Any fans, followers, contacts, the client(s), or potential client(s) will be blocked in all forms of contact without explanation if they exhibit inappropriate sexual and/or abusive behavior, impersonate me or the Vanirheim team, or brand, use slanderous statements or threatening statements towards or about me and/or the people associated with me and/or my team. I have the right to move forward with legal implications if these terms are violated.
General Disclaimers
All services provided by me are for spiritual and/or entertainment purposes only.
Any advice given during my services, sessions, or otherwise should be substituted for that of a licensed and/or trained professional and any advice given is meant to be used at the discretion of the client.
I do not perform medical surgeries. I am not legally trained or certified to provide medication, treat, diagnose or provide medical advice concerning psychological, medical, or mental health conditions. All advice given or asked for by the client during the sessions or services is strictly personal opinion and should not be replaced by a licensed professional.
I am in no way responsible for any actions a client has taken before, during, or after services or sessions are provided.
I am in no way required to provide free sessions or add extra time to sessions in order to get answers to questions clients have failed to include prior to or during, a reading or session. All information that comes through in readings is information that is received for that moment and energy.
